If you are a resident of the City of Eureka or the City of Leola, you are required to acquire a building permit from your respective city. To obtain a building permit, contact the McPherson County Equalization Office. If a building permit is not obtained, a fine will be applied according to Resolution 23-2 which was adopted by the McPherson County Commissioners at the January 3 rd , 2023 meeting.
